Buying graal
Two French public procurement mechanisms let you start without a lengthy procedure.
Procedure exemption. Since 1 April 2026, a supplies or services contract below €60,000 excluding VAT can be awarded without prior advertising or competitive tendering. The pilot is sized below this threshold.
Innovative procurement. Since 1 July 2026, a purchase the buyer qualifies as innovative can be awarded without advertising or competitive tendering up to the applicable European threshold, i.e. €140,000 excluding VAT in 2026 and 2027. The first-year license and integration can fall under it.

How is pricing calculated?
An annual license per vCPU allocated to workloads, unlimited users, no usage-based billing: the bill varies neither with the number of requests nor with the number of people or agents.

Because the price depends on your vCPU quota, the tier and the services you choose. You receive an estimate after a first conversation.
Is the pilot paid?
Yes, at a fixed price, license included for its duration. It is sized to stay below the procedure exemption threshold for public buyers.
Who provides support?
The vendor, GRAAL.SYSTEMS SAS. graal Services cover integration, migration, training and operations.
What if we stop?
